Cicely Samuel is the Advocate for Community Engagement for Hilltop Garden and Nature Center. She brings determination for her tasks, encouragement for the service learners, and compassion for the planet to her role. From Kokomo, Indiana, this lively, optimistic, and devoted student, part of the graduating class of 2024, is studying African American and African Diaspora Studies at the Indiana University, in the College of Arts and Sciences. She enjoys going shopping, hanging out with friends, going on trips to places outside of Indiana, and enjoying nice weather anytime she can.
