Michael directs CITL’s Service-Learning Program. In this role, he assists faculty in developing pedagogically sound and community responsive service-learning classes, as well as provides ongoing pedagogical support for faculty currently teaching service-learning courses. Prior to joining IU, Michael directed an innovative youth leadership program in Kinshasa, Congo. Michael has a BA in conflict management and an MA in sustainable tourism from IU.
