CITL Ranks High in UITS Survey

In the recent UITS User Survey, the Center for Innovative Teaching and Learning was ranked the highest of all IT-related services at IUB on client satisfaction. 96.9% of respondents indicated a “Satisfied” or better response (a 3, 4, or 5 on a 5-point scale), with a campus-high average of 4.42, indicating a lean toward the “Very Satisfied” side of the range. Of those faculty members responding to the survey, 36.5% indicated using our services.

While this survey was offered under the auspices of UITS, we believe this high satisfaction rate reflects well on both our instructional technology support and our wider, integrated body of services—including instructional and curricular consulting, writing instruction consulting, and service learning support for both faculty and community partners.

The staff of the CITL is excited to hear about this high satisfaction rate, and we will continue to work hard to meet the needs of our faculty clients.
